Kenneth's Percent, Rate ,Growing Post

In Class we have to make 1 part for the weekend.

Ratio: Compares two different quantites

Rate: Compares two different measurements with different units.

What do the both mean?

Ratio is different then Rate because Ratio can compare different quantites that are related to eachother, and Rate is like for example when your jumping up and down you can feel your heart beating, when you touch your pulse you can feel that your beating fast and then your actually counting how many beats you have till it cools down.
