12.a) Explain how this graph is misleading.
-this graph is misleading because the vertical scale goes from 0 to 500, but the greatest number of votes was less than 200. Therefore, it appears that all three candidates were close to winning, and the implies that all three candidates tied.

b.)Based on the graph, what can you conclude about the outcome of the voting?
-Answers may vary. Candidte B barely won the election.

C.)Does the data support the claim made in the title? If not, reword it to correct the misinformation.
-No, the votes were not divided evenly three ways. Answer may vary, a new title could be Election R.
