Today in class we were supposed to define the different kinds of ratios:
Two term ratio: Compares two quantities measured in the same units.
ex: 3:6 or 3 to 6
Three term ratio: is comparing three quantities measured in the same units.
ex:3,7,10
Part to part ratio: compares different parts of a group together
Part to whole: Compares the part of a group to the whole group.
