Ralph's Surface Area Scribepost Feb 18

Today some people were assigned to do three questions in the textbook. The questions that I chose were questions 3, 4 and 13.
Here are my answers.
3. Sketch a net for each object.
a)hockey puck

b)chocolate bar

c)jewellery box

4. Draw the net for each object. Label the
measurements on the net.

a) Tennis ball case

b) Stack of paper

13. How many possible nets can create a cube?
Sketch all of them. The first one is done
for you.

the number 1 (hockey puck) is wrong cuz that'll be a cylinder if you make the shape. make the rectangle thinner because thats the front of the hockey puck, the circles has to be bigger for it to be able as called a hockey puck

oh and a) Tennis ball case and c)jewellery box are wrong. because c)jewellery box, that net you did will be a rectangular prism, and that Tennis Ball case will be a prism, you kinda did it right but the 78mm , that should be on the base because you did your net sideways, the 78mm should be at the base and d=30mm is right. just change your nets. anyways, nice try and good post ^^ good colouring.
