Fractions, Decimals and percent can be used to represent numbers in various situations.
Percent can be written as fractions and as decimals :
examples : 1/2 % = 0.5%/100 = 0.005
150% = 150/100= 1.5 or 1/2
42 3/4% = 42.75% 42.75% = 42.75/100 = 0.4275
Show you know :
fraction to decimal to percent :
3/40 = 0.0075 = 75%
171/300 = 0.57 = 57%
88/50 = 1.76 = 176%
decimal to percent to fraction
0.0064x100 = 0.64%
0.64 x 100
-----
1000x 100
= 64 divide by 2 / 10 0000 divide by 2
32 /5000
16 /2500
8 /1250
4 / 625 : answer.
percent to decimal to fraction:
750% 7.5 7 50/100 7 1/2
0.3 divided by 100 0.003 / 1000 3/100
12 3/4 divided by 100 1275 divided by 100 = 0.1275/ 1000 1275/1000 51=400
