For are Growing post we had to find the surface area of a rectangular prism, triangular prism and a cylinder.
Rectangular Prism
First I find the area of the top side and front.
Now that i have the areas of the front, side and top i can add all the areas together and multiply them by 2.
249.75 + 92.5 + 67.5 = 409.75 X 2 = 819.5 cm2.
Triangular Prism
For triangular prism you first draw a net.
Cylinder
For a Cylinder we first have to find out the circumference of the circle.
After we find all the areas we added them all together to make one surface area. 1727 cm 2
