Gilberts scribepost question 4 Sept 30

4.Samantha recorded the temperature on a hot day. She displayed the data in a line graph.

a) Explain how this graph could be misleading?

The scale on the y axis is misleading because it contains a break.

b) What conclusion does the graph suggest about the changes in temperature?

The graph suggest that the temperature should increase by 8 a.m to 2 p.m.

c) How should the graph be redrawn to make the data clearer?

the graph should be redrawn with no axis break and the intervals should be going up by 0-32c.

Good job Gilbert ! You explained everything really well and I like how you separated the colors between the questions and answers.

Good job Gilbert! The colors that you used to seperate the question from answer was great and the picture was nice but it could be a bit bigger. Your answers were also clear.
